1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Fit Moda is located in India. All orders are processed in India and shipped for FREE to customers directly.We deliver to ALL Indian states that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely.
2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 7 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your Order Number. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
3. MODE OF PAYMENTS
- Pay With Cash On Delivery (COD)
- Pay With Wallet, Card or Net Banking
- Pay With International Credit/Debit Card Or Domestic Debit Card
If at the time of delivery and/or within seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the product/s, as purchased from www.Fitmoda.in (website) , if any defect is found, then the buyer of the product/s can ask for return/replacement of the product/s from the seller subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Return Policy
Definition: “Return” is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller and refund of product money in the form of a Voucher by the Seller to the Buyer on the www.Fitmoda.in website.
Terms & Conditions:
- Buyer needs to raise the return/replacement request within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery, complying the “General Terms & Conditions” stated below.
- If the product being returned is not in accordance with the below mentioned parameters, then Buyer shall not be entitled to any refund of product money in the form of a Voucher from the Seller.
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days after the date of delivery.
- Orders must be delivered, and the address of the recipient must be in India.
- If you receive a damaged/defective item, Fit Moda should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
- All items in bundling promotion are not eligible for partial cancels, exchanges, or returns.
- Items with 'non-returnable', 'flash sale', 'promotion item cannot be returned' marks as well free gifts, cannot be returned and exchanged.
- The refund will be initiated to your Fit Moda account within 48 hours, side upon receipt of your package.
- Pick-up service charge will be deducted from total refund and the self-sending shipping fee will be at your own cost.
- Refunds will be initiated for items price only, other fees or tax charges are non-refundable.
2. Replacement Policy:
Definition: “Replacement” is defined as the action or process of replacing something in place of another. A Buyer can request for replacement whenever he/she is not happy with the item, reason being damaged in shipping; defective item(s); item(s) missing; wrong item(s) shipped and the like.
Terms & Conditions:
- The Buyer must notify Fit Moda of any defects in the product(s) at the time of delivery of the product(s) and/or within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery, complying the “General Terms & Conditions” stated below.
- Replacement can be made for the entire product(s) or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with the Seller.
- In case the Seller doesn't have the product at all, Seller can provide a product refund in the form of a Voucher to the Buyer and Buyer shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu of replacement. All the product parameters shall be required to be complied with in cases of replacement.
General Terms and Conditions:
1. This program will come into force if the following situation(s) arises:
- Item was defective;
- Item was damaged during the Shipping;
- Products was / were missing;
- Wrong item was sent by the Seller.
- Product not as per the description given by the Seller
Once Buyer has raised a return request by contacting us, the Seller, upon receiving the returned item(s), shall verify the same and replace the returned item with the new item(s).
2. Further for returns / replacements being made in favor of the Buyer for the product, the following parameters needs to be ensured by the Buyer:
- Clothing: Should be “New and Unworn” (other than for trial)
- Sports & Equipment: Should be "New" and returned with original packaging.
3. Following products shall not be eligible for this program:
- Damages due to misuse of product;
- Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
- Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;
- In case any buyer fails to take delivery after placing order, the buyer shall not be entitled to refund. Although the seller can choose for redelivery of such an order, while bearing all additional costs of logistics and delivery
4. On Clothing, sellers accept the prescribed time limit, exchange subject to the following conditions:
- Clothes are not used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.
- Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.
- Damaged or defective clothing products are meanwhile covered by the program.
5. The Buyer must review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return / replacement.
6. Seller can always accept the return irrespective of the policy. In such case Buyer will have to return the product and then the refund / replacement shall be processed for the Buyer(s). This may have additional delivery charges and collection charges for buyer.
7. If Seller disagrees a return request, Buyer can file a complaint by writing an email to Fitmoda.in. If the Seller doesn't respond to the Buyer's return / replacement request, within Seven (7) days from the date of return / replacement request placed by the Buyer, Seller shall be liable to process product refund in the form of a Voucher in favor of Buyer.
8. All shipping and other return / replacement charges shall be borne and incurred by the Seller, except as indicated hereinabove and/or where buyer has ordered wrong items or seller is agreed to return/ replacement beyond Return & Replacement policy
9. www.Fitmoda.in reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against a user who, files an invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. In addition to the legal proceedings as aforesaid, www.Fitmoda.in may at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name [and its related Display Names] of such user and/or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program. Any person who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive, files a fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
